"If you have a bike, this is the place to go! My husband and I bought a bike from Wal-Mart. Had bike less than a year and the gears not working. Called Wal-Mart and they said there's nothing they could do but give us the manufacturer's number. We called them and they sent us the parts to fix. They said the bike was still under warranty, although Wal-Mart only has a 90-day warranty on bikes. Manufacturer said if we took the bike back to Wal-Mart they could put the parts on for us. Called Wal-Mart and was given some excuse as to why they couldn't do it. Took bike into this bike shop. The guy we spoke to took care of everything. While we were there we bought chain oil, a tire pump, and a few other things my son needed. So, NOW WE KNOW WHO GETS OUR BUSINESS FROM NOW ON. "Came in during a long distance bike ride from Miami to Tampa. Had two punctured tubes on the rear wheel, and didn’t know what was causing it. Came in early, and the techs helped me out quick (dropped what they were doing) so that I could keep riding and not lose more daylight. Greg, the main tech who was working on my bike, was very helpful and took out a map to show me the safest route to keep going north. They also gave me some other tips and helped out with little things that my bike needed. Really cool shop, looks like they have everything that a cyclist needs, and really helpful and professional staff. I would drop back in if I am ever riding through Fort Myers again."
